Lottories part 1 There are lots of lottery players in Moose Jaw but they aren’t the province’s most active players. After buying their month’s worth of tickets, Moose Jaw players have about $2 more left in their pockets than Prince Albert players. More is spent on lottery tickets during an average month in the similar sized city of Prince Albert. During an average month in Prince Albert,
$484,790 is spent on lottery tickets, or $14.11 per person. Even with the highest population in the province, Saskatoon has lower per capita ticket sales than Moose Jaw, Prince Albert and Regina. Saskatoon spends an average of $1.6 million a month on lotteries which works out to $8.90 cents per person. An average month in Regina sees $2 million spent on lottery tickets, which works out to an average of $10.95 being spent per person in the city.
